Gynecomastia Patient 1

30 year old Caucasian male presents with a history of male breast enlargement since puberty. Surgery involved a subcutaneous mastectomy (resection of breast tissue under the nipple/areolar complex through a peri-areolar incision) as well as a 150cc tumescent liposuction. Post-operative photos taken at four months.

Gynecomastia Patient 2

31 year old Caucasian male presents with long-standing male gynecomastia since puberty. Surgery involved a subcutaneous mastectomy of @100 grams of breast tissue bilaterally as well as 600cc of chest tumescent liposuction. Post-operative photographs taken at seven months.

32 year old Caucasian male presents with a history of male breast enlargement since puberty. Surgery consisted of a subcutaneous mastectomy of @50-65 grams bilaterally as well as 400cc of chest wall tumescent liposuction. Post-operative photographs taken at two months.
